This soup is named "Roasted Reds" as it's mostly full of red things...except the sweet potato!
It's a big hit with many folks. First, the vegetables are roasted in the oven before any liquid is added. The fresh chilli can give the taste a bit of a kick though each batch differs ! Either way, it's very moreish and a fab colour too!

Keep refrigerated. Use within +4 days of Production Date
HOB- empty contents into a pan, heat gently, stirring regularly.
MICROWAVE – heat for 2 mins, stir, heat for 1 minute.
Make sure the product is hot before serving.
Fresh soup can be frozenfor up to 6 months. Once defrosted use within 3 days.
